By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.
Quotes & Orders
All quotes are estimates and subject to confirmation. Orders begin production only after artwork approval and any required deposit. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary.
Artwork & Proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted artwork and approved proofs. We are not liable for errors present in approved files, including spelling, colour and layout.
Colour & Materials
Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to substrate, ink and process differences. Product availability is subject to supplier stock.
Payment
A deposit may be required to begin production, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted methods include e-transfer, credit, debit and business cheque.
Custom Products & Returns
Because products are custom-made, they are non-refundable except in the case of a defect or error on our part, which we will reprint or refund.
Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or are authorized to use all submitted artwork. You retain rights to your designs; we may display finished work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
